The average price of an apartment on the secondary market in Katowice in 2026 is around 9,400 zł per square metre. Depending on the district and standard, prices range from about 6,000 zł/m² on the outskirts to over 13,000 zł/m² in the most expensive locations, such as Śródmieście or Bogucice.

The prestigious Śródmieście and Bogucice offer the highest prices and proximity to the centre; Brynów and Ligota are popular with families thanks to greenery and good transport links; Koszutka combines proximity to the centre with peace and quiet.
